We love talking ESOP! We were thrilled to have 17 representatives from across Rayser, the most of any company in attendance, participate, yesterday, March 1st at the The ESOP Association‘s 2022 IA/NE Chapter Spring Conference, held at The Hotel Kirkwood in Cedar Rapids! It was great to connect and learn from fellow employee owners right here in our own backyard!

She will now go on to the national pool for potential recognition, which will be announced at The ESOP Association’s National Conference taking place in Washington D.C., May 3rd – 6th, 2022. Emily has been with the company since September 2020, and serves as a liason for Rayser’s ESOP Advisory Committee. Congratulations Emily on this incredible honor.
